Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst

We are looking for a hands-on, highly analytical CRO Analyst to support the optimization of the customer journey, from first engagement to second deposit and beyond.
The CRO Analyst will be responsible for implementing tracking, analyzing data, building reports, and providing insights that help improve conversion rates across digital touchpoints — including websites, landing pages, campaigns, content, and in-app flows.
This role is data-driven, requiring both strong technical skills (SQL, data modeling, Excel/Power Pivot) and a passion for marketing analysis.
Responsibilities
• Implement and maintain tracking solutions across websites, apps, and trading platforms.
• Work with SQL and BI tools to extract, clean, and analyze user behavior and conversion data.
• Build dashboards, reports, and Power Pivot models to monitor CRO KPIs and business trends.
• Support A/B and multivariate testing by preparing datasets, measuring results, and providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and BI teams to ensure proper tagging, event tracking, and attribution.
• Conduct funnel and cohort analysis to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide clear reporting and recommendations that help drive higher deposit and retention rates.
• Stay up to date with CRO tools, analytics methodologies, and industry best practices.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, and performance marketing analytics.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power Pivot for building data models and reporting.
• Experience with tracking tools and analytics platforms (GA4, Appsflyer, Microsoft Clarity, Mixpanel, etc.).
• Deep understanding of web and mobile conversion principles
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or similar).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights.
• Experience in fintech/financial industry — an advantage.
